Cathy Lee Wagner is the owner of Hair Decisions in Milan, Indiana. She works as a Kathy Jones Skin Care technician in our satellite office located in her salon. She has 29 years of experience in cosmetology.  Her fields of expertise include:  teaching, color, perms, haircuts, and skin care.
