Cathy Lee Wagner is the owner of Hair Decisions in Milan, Indiana. She works as a Kathy Jones Skin Care technician in our satellite office located in her salon. She has 29 years of experience in cosmetology. Her fields of expertise include: teaching, color, perms, haircuts, and skin care. Cathy is a licensed cosmetologist, a licensed instructor of cosmetology, and a certified Rx Skin Care Specialist. She works extensively to continue her education in these various fields and attends classes on a regular basis. Cathy has received awards from “Who’s Who Among American Teachers” and certificates from “Obagi” and “La Roche-Posay”.
